The Judgment.

The judgement is Ruz-e-Mehaser The Day of Judgement which one Muslim may not forget, but the judgements in Pakistan are Home-Made-Judgements. The judgement in Pakistan is Bkue-Print of the Judgement of the West because in the West teh judgement is dictated in the Western STLYED Cow-Bow Service and that is preety same carried out by the Civil-Servants of Pakistan and India aswell all in the name of Democracy which is actually Tailered Concept from teh Colonial-Times under The Ruled-Judgement which means Fake-Judgement DESIGNED under the Westeren-Concept. The Real solution to all such Judgements in Paksitan is ISLAM-Judgement and not the WEST-Judgement. In Pakistan Fake-Judgement equals False-Judgement because Wrong-Judgement is presented as Right-Judgement while it is not the Correct-Judgement because this packet come's from the WEST and not from ISLAM.

Roughneck, Bruised Head

Chantal Desharnais is no stranger to the outdoors or manual labour. Still, the 24-year-old Quebecker, who had previously worked in construction and spent a summer living on the banks of a B.C. river picking fruit for income had reservations about going to Calgary to work in the natural gas industry for the summer. But it was the moral dilemma of working in an industry she has ethical disagreements with, not the physical labour, she was concerned with, says the student in international relations at the Université du Québec à Montréal. As many before her, though, the lucrative work provided an opportunity to make enough money over the summer to cover her tuition fees and help with student loan debts.

But while she says she was prepared for the physical rigour of the work, she never expected the sexism she would face–or the serious injuries she would sustain.

EDEX - National Higher Education and Careers EXPO

For the school leavers of today, the world is a swirl of options to choose from, be it higher education, professional qualifications or employment. Information on these choices are varied and sometimes from conflicting sources. The EDEX 2008 National Higher Education and Careers Expo organized by the Royal College Union aspires to cater to the needs of this age-group by displaying the full range of options available.

Many education fairs are extremely helpful to students, with the one disadvantage being that most fairs are often carried out in Colombo. EDEX however is the only twin mega exhibition to be held in both Colombo and Kandy. The Kandy leg of the fair will be held at the Queen’s Hotel, Kandy on January 22-23, officials told the media.

This 5th EDEX aspires to be bigger and better than the earlier ones.

Govt could boost student allowances

It follows the release of a study that shows each student now owes tens of thousands of dollars and with the cost of living going up, students say they are getting desperate.

Their union says many cannot survive on an allowance of $70 a week on average paid by the government, a payment nearly two thirds of them cannot get.

United Future education spokesperson Judy Turner says the survey shows that the average student is now left with only $8 a week with which to feed themselves from their student loan for living costs.

"We would not expect any other group in society to survive on a loan of $150 a week, with average accommodation costs at $142 per week. But two-thirds of students are only eligible for a loan of $150, which they have to pay back," she says.

DOUBLE DUTY: Coaching Everett's girls and boys hoops teams ...

Sexton boys coach Carlton Valentine, who played at Michigan State in 1984-88, has known Jones since he enrolled at MSU. This is his third year as a head coach and he is in awe of Jones' ability to coach two varsity teams the same night.

"To me, it takes so much concentration, so much effort, so much intensity, when you're preparing one team," Valentine said. "The emotional highs and lows of a game, I couldn't imagine doing two games back to back. But if anybody can do it, it's Johnny Jones."

It helps that Jones, 57, retired from teaching almost three years ago after 32 years in the classroom. He does substitute teach a couple of days a week, but no longer has the daily classroom grind.

Naturally, people questioned whether one person should coach both varsity teams.

UK lenders steer away from 100% mortgages

Mortgage lenders are withdrawing from offering 100 per cent home loans over fears that such products will now attract a flood of high-risk borrowers.

Those lenders still offering 100 per cent deals are now charging interest rates of 8 per cent or more.

In recent months, 10 lenders have stopped offering to advance the full value of a property, reducing the availability of these mortgages by almost one third compared with a year ago.

But while brokers blame concerns over liquidity and a weakening housing market, some lenders admit they do not want to bear the cost of processing – and rejecting – applications from bad credit risks. Some providers fear as competitors withdraw from the market, they will face a sharp increase in applications.

Norwich and Peterborough has now reduced its maximum loan-to-value from 100 per cent to 90 per cent.
