If it is, it's a rip-off to the low income people who could use the extra money.The last I heard, there was a debate in Washington D.C. over that very topic. With some wanting everyone to get the checks and others wanting the money to go only to those who paid taxes. Just for the sake of discussion and not that this is my opinion. But what would you say to those who argue that the people who PAY the taxes are the ones who should get the tax break?
